Anthony C. D’Alessandro is a trusts and estates attorney with significant experience drafting estate planning documents, administering trusts and estates, and handling disputed and litigated trusts and estates matters. Anthony also has experience in business planning and zoning/land use. Anthony combines his extensive legal knowledge with his compassionate client care to help clients navigate through complicated, emotional, and deeply personal times in their lives.
Prior to joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson, Anthony spent his entire career as a practicing attorney crafting his skills at two boutique trusts and estates law firms in Morris County. Additionally, Anthony served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sohail Mohammed, J.S.C. in Passaic County Superior Court. During law school, Anthony was a published writer and Articles Editor on the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He also interned at the Morris County Surrogate’s Court and worked as a law clerk at a boutique trusts and estates firm.
