Alex Penchuk is part of Spiro Harrison & Nelson’s New York office. Alex assists on high-stakes litigation matters on behalf of businesses and individuals in state and federal courts across the country, including antitrust, False Claims Act, and complex commercial litigation matters.

During his time at Cornell Law, Alex interned at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, where he conducted legal research and drafted administrative rules related to a variety of regulatory matters. While in law school, Alex also worked with the Ithaca Tenants Legal Hotline where he gained experience in landlord-tenant disputes, real property litigation, and eviction defense. As a former real estate intern at W Brothers Realty, he also has experience in property management and real estate transactions.

Alex received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Alex has passed the New York Bar and is pending admission.
