Michael is an accomplished commercial litigator, whose experience in handling matters across a wide variety of industries, jurisdictions, and claims enables him to guide his clients through the complex disputes they face in their businesses and personal lives with confidence and trust.
Michael represents clients in business-related litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, shareholder disputes, and many others. He also represents commercial policyholders in disputes with their insurers. Michael has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts, and has experience in administrative and regulatory proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution venues.
Prior to joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC, Michael was an attorney with Dechert LLP and Sills Cummis & Gross P.C.
