Alexandria D. Martinez is a litigation associate at Spiro Harrison & Nelson. Alexandria’s practice is focused on high-stakes litigation matters on behalf of businesses and individuals in state and federal courts across the country, including antitrust, False Claims Act, and complex commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson, Alexandria clerked for the Honorable Stephen J. Taylor of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, where she conducted extensive research on various issues of criminal law. Alexandria is a graduate of Rutgers Law School. During her time at Rutgers, Alexandria served as an Editor-in-Chief of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, the first legal periodical in the United States to focus exclusively on the field of women’s rights law. Alexandria also interned for the New Jersey Attorneys General Office in their Financial Crimes Unit and the United States Postal Service in their Legal department.
