Tyler focuses his practice on business and corporate transactional work, including entity formation and structuring, contract negotiation and drafting, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and business succession planning. His experience extends to negotiating credit facilities and other complex financing transactions on behalf of business clients and representing clients in complex commercial disputes, corporate governance issues, land use and development matters, and tax-related litigation in New Jersey and New York.
Before joining Spiro Harrison & Nelson LLC, Tyler worked at a boutique business litigation and land use firm in New Jersey, where he advised businesses on corporate governance, structured finance and loan restructurings and commercial disputes. Prior to private practice, Tyler served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Patrick DeAlmeida, J.A.D., former Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court, where he developed valuable insights into tax litigation and business-related matters.
