Hailey Corkery is an Associate Attorney at Spiro Harrison & Nelson’s Montclair office.

Corkery clerked for the Honorable Daniel D. Barnes in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage, Civil Division. She also served as a Legal Fellow at an international human rights organization.

Corkery earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as Colloquium Editor of the NYU Review of Law & Social Change, a Critical Legal Empowerment Fellow, and a board member of the National Lawyers Guild and Solitary Confinement Project. She also worked as a research assistant for the NYU-Yale American Indian Sovereignty Project and participated in NYU Law’s Earth Rights Advocacy Clinic.

Corkery graduated cum laude from Colorado College with a B.A. in Sociology and Feminist and Gender Studies. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
