Lauren N. Vuolo is an Associate Attorney at Spiro Harrison & Nelson’s Red Bank office. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregory L. Acquaviva, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, Civil Division where she conducted extensive research and analysis on a variety of civil matters including Torts Claims Act, insurance disputes, condemnations, and foreclosure matters.

Lauren earned her J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management from Seton Hall University where she graduated summa cum laude while participating in the University’s dual degree B.S./J.D. 3+3 program.

During law school, Lauren was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board where she competed in the 2024 Wagner Labor and Employment Law Competition and the 2024 National Moot Court Competition. Lauren was Comments Editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. She also participated in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic, the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and the Women’s Law Forum. Lauren was a research assistant to Professor Sara Gras, researching emerging sports and entertainment law matters featured on the Hearsay From the Sidelines podcast.
