Lauren N. Vuolo is an Associate Attorney at Spiro Harrison & Nelson’s Red Bank office.

Vuolo clerked for the Honorable Gregory L. Acquaviva in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, Civil Division. Vuolo earned her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and competed in the 2024 Wagner Labor and Employment Law Competition and the 2024 National Moot Court Competition.

She also served as Comments Editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. Vuolo participated in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic, Sports & Entertainment Law Society and Women’s Law Forum. She also served as a research assistant to Professor Sara Gras, researching emerging sports and entertainment law matters featured on the Hearsay From the Sidelines podcast.

Vuolo earned her and her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management from Seton Hall University. She graduated summa cum laude while participating in the university’s dual-degree B.S./J.D. 3+3 program. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
